ルクセンブルク出身。ルクセンブルク環境・気候・持続可能開発省におけるコンサルティング活動、オックスフォード大学ポスドク研究員、ルクセンブルク大学非常勤講師、国際連合大学非常勤講師、東京工業大学講師・研究員を経て2022年8月より現職。オックスフォード大学特別招聘研究員。

研究の概要
ESGリスクとインパクトの評価基準、持続可能な金融政策、持続可能性報告の枠組み、ESGデータに関連するグリーンウォッシュおよびカーボンウォッシュ活動、グリーンボンド、自然資本、生物多様性と生態系サービス、生物多様性とカーボンオフセット、再生可能エネルギープロジェクト開発、TCFD/TNFD開示に焦点を当てた研究を行っています。これらの研究活動はすべて、企業や国が気候変動から受ける重大なリスクは何か、また、環境・社会・ガバナンス(ESG)要素を適切に統合することによって、持続可能性に真のプラスの影響を与えるにはどうすればよいかを明らかにすることを目的としています。これには、ステークホルダーレベルの持続可能性関連のリスクと影響の両方を見るダブルマテリアリティの概念の探求も含まれます。つまり、企業、金融機関、政府は、投資判断の際に環境、生物多様性、気候、SDGsへの影響も考慮する必要があるのです。
