We cannot live without food. Nonetheless, the food problem is getting worse. My research focuses on meat, which is an important source of protein for humans. I would like to introduce to you what I have been doing as a researcher to solve the food problem and how I have been communicating the global food problem to students through the study abroad program that I have been conducting with partner universities abroad.
