Sustainable environmental technology (1) is based on the providence of nature. (2) The mechanism of the technology is clear, not easily affected by fluctuations in external factors, and works universally and reliably. (3) It contributes significantly to the construction of a sustainable society in terms of environmental impact, energy, economy, etc. The technology is defined as a technology that satisfies the following requirements. The presentation presents a case in which the universal phenomena found in the waste soil of a landfill where incineration residues of municipal solid waste were disposed of were developed into a technology for recycling resources.
