Australia

Kyushu University has university-wide and departmental agreements with eight Australian universities. Inter-university academic and student agreements have been concluded with six universities such as Australian National University, Curtin University, University of Queensland, University of Technology Sydney, University of New South Wales, and La Trobe University. With the University of Queensland, the "UQ-KU Research Exchange Project" has been initiated, and base coordinators have been appointed at both universities to promote exchange in a wide range of fields between the two universities. Additionally, the Graduate School of Medicine has an interdepartmental academic agreement with the George Institute of International Health, and the Graduate School of Engineering has an interdepartmental academic and student agreement with the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Science at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology to promote international exchange and joint research projects.
