Q-AOS Brown Bag Seminar Series The 242nd Seminar "Current and Future Trends in Wireless Communications: Including International Education and Research Collaboration with Egypt"
The Q-AOS Brown Bag Seminar Series will start every Wednesday at lunchtime from April 2021. The purpose of this webinar series is to provide opportunities not only to learn research related to SDGs in Asian and Oceanian regions, but also to expand your research network across different academic areas.

Abstract
Wireless communication is a fundamental technology that supports our daily lives through applications such as smartphones and Wi-Fi. In recent years, however, its role has expanded beyond information transmission to new applications such as wireless sensing, which uses radio waves to detect and recognize people, objects, and their activities. This talk will introduce the basic principles of wireless communications and recent research activities, including wireless sensing. It will also introduce international education and research collaboration with Egypt, mainly through the activities of the Center for Japan-Egypt Cooperation in Science and Technology (E-JUST Center), Kyushu University.
