Abstract
Although it was expected that the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games would have a social impact on public attitudes toward individuals with physical disabilities, prejudice and discrimination against such individuals still persist.
Why is it difficult to promote an inclusive society? I would like to introduce the concept of “the real disability” in society and consider perspectives for approaching these challenges.
