Abstract
The interview series "Listening to Working Women" aims to deepen society's understanding of women's empowerment by gathering insights from women who are leading in various industries. In these interviews, we discuss the challenges of working as a woman, factors that have contributed to career development, and messages for other working women. Additionally, from the perspective of labor economics, I present various government statistics and the latest research trends on the current state of women's participation, and we discuss these in the context of different industries. In this seminar, I will share the insights gained from these activities.
