Telemedicine Development Center of Asia of Kyushu University Hospital will hold a fifteen medical and telemedicine related sessions such as Minimally Invasive Surgery(MIS), Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery (HPB), Dental Telemedicine, Teleophthalmology, and Endoscopy etc., in the Asia Pacific Advanced Network (APAN) conference from March 7th (Mon) to March 11th(Fri).

The Asia-Pacific Advanced Network (APAN Ltd) is the international partnership of the National Research and Education Networks (NRENs) across the region, and its members are fundamental in the provision of high-speed network connectivity domestically and internationally.

The Medical WG was established in 2005 and has held various medical sessions at APAN, such as webinars, case conferences and live demonstrations since then. In addition, onsite training programs for hospital engineers have been organized during APAN meetings. We have been providing the tips and techniques of venue setup and troubleshooting for telemedicine conferences to doctors and engineers in Asia and beyond.
