Module Mission/Vision

Brain circulation in Asia creates various barriers in the articulation of educational and vocational stages of mobilable people, based not only on cultural factors but also on institutional differences between the two. In this module, we will investigate the ideal state of the Asian brain circulation by identifying problematic conditions in terms of curricula, examination systems, vocational qualifications, and cultural adaptation in the interconnection of junior high and high school, high school and university, and graduate school and university in Asia, as well as in various directions related to the export of Japanese-style education. In particular, in the second term of the module, we aim to obtain large research funds by conducting interdisciplinary research based on the results of the first term (international symposium, research publications, printing of reports, etc.), while conducting activities aimed at collaboration with representative Asian research institutions in Europe. In addition, continuing the activities of the previous module, we will aim to collaborate with international courses in eachdepartment and disseminate the results of these courses in the form of symposiums and other activities.
