One Health
Module Mission/Vision

One health module has following five visions. 1. Promote a transdisciplinary approach in collaboration with governments, companies, and local communities that comprehensively considers human, animal, and environmental health, and that is interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary. 2. Prevent the transfer of pathogens (viruses, bacteria, parasites, fungi) from ecosystems/animals to humans in order toprevent and control the outbreak and spread of zoonotic diseases. 3. Efforts to maintain sustainable natural and residential environments, human well-being (subjective sense of well-being,life satisfaction/fulfillment, positive emotions (joy/enjoyment), active interaction with family, friends, and society) Promote initiatives for social relationships/connections (engagement/human relationships), ikigai (purpose, meaning,and sense of accomplishment in life), life-work balance, and sleep/leisure/vacation. 4. Encourage international and regional cooperation, interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration to address complex,multidisciplinary and global health issues. 5. Contributing to the development of effective prevention, surveillance, diagnosis, and treatments through the use of new technologies and data (e.g., gene therapy and digital health)
