上田 真太郎 特任講師 医療・健康クラスター - 専門 - 遠隔医療、ネットワークセキュリティ 略歴 鹿児島出身。慶應義塾大学で情報工学部を卒業後、同学にて開放環境科学を専攻し後期博士課程を2008年3月に修了。民間企業の経営企画室・研究部においてICTを活用したシステムやWebアプリケーションに対するセキュリティの研究に従事、九州大学病院国際医療部アジア遠隔医療開発センター特任助教を経て現職にいたる。 研究の概要 後期博士課程では、動画等のライブストリーミングにおけるリアルタイム認証に関して研究した。アジア遠隔医療開発センターでは、医師から医師への医療教育を目的とした国際遠隔医療教育カンファレンスを数多く実施している。当センターで実施されるカンファレンスの約4割が早期胃がん診断をトピックとしている。そこで、国際遠隔医療教育カンファレンスにおける内視鏡画像品質の基準策定を目的とした研究や、動画像を共有した際にマウスカーソルや線引き等アノテーションを効率よく共有するシステムに関する研究、医師間のディスカッションが活発化させるための手法等を研究している。
