The 10th International Asian Natural Products Conference was held on October 20th, 2021. Seven researchers from three countries including India, China, and Philippines presented about metabolomics, chemistry of natural products, and functional foods.

The presenters have explained the potential of herbal products as platelet enhancers, the effect of hydrostatic pressure and thermal processing on the stability of anthocyanins, in addition to characterization ad bioactive properties of agar and agar-degraded products. Additionally, they actively discussed the characterization of bioactive peptides, as well as the impact of various bioactive edible natural products in treatment of diseases
