One Health:Zoonosis and Digital Health

Q-AOS Events

アイキャッチ画像:One Health:Zoonosis and Digital Health

Many infectious diseases, including new coronavirus infections, are "zoonotic" diseases originating from wild animals, domestic animals and poultry. As opportunities for human-animal contact and spread increase due to globalization, population growth, and environmental destruction, the promotion of "One Health," which considers the health of humans, animals, and ecosystems as a whole, and the "digitalization" of preventive medicine will be essential to prevent these zoonotic diseases. In order to solve complex and multifaceted social problems such as climate change and the new coronavirus pandemic, there is a recent need for a research approach that goes beyond the "interdisciplinary" framework of medicine, veterinary medicine, public health, agriculture, and environmental ecology to plan, implement, and disseminate research. The purpose of this seminar is to invite experts from universities and government agencies in the fields of medicine, veterinary medicine, and public health, and to promote international exchange and interdisciplinary joint research related to "One Health" between China and Japan through collaboration between industry, academia, and government.
We look forward to your participation.
