The increase in these diseases is due to the lifestyles of our current society that cause a disturbance in the immune system. On the other hand, these diseases develop as a result of long-term chronic inflammation, and are intractable diseases that are difficult to cure by modern medicine. That is, it is very difficult to treat after the development, and it is important to shift the state of the immune system from chronic inflammation to a tolerance before the onset. Therefore, we are developing nano-regulators that can artificially induce immune tolerance using only safe substances. Here, we will introduce why these diseases are increasing, and the immunoregulatory particles we have developed as a solution.
