Well-Being with Arts Mission & Vision of Modules After the Covid-19 worldwide shock wave, the WBA module aims at promoting the benefits of holistic arts (in the broad sense of performance, sound, text, visual arts, arts of balance/Ways) for a better emotional, psychological and physical health, and at providing tools for affected people to process challenging times thanks to mindful art practices. The goal is to highlight the multimodal roles of arts in this process. We also study the engagement level of the local community through the measurement and the analysis of the sense of happiness and relaxation enhanced by yoga, meditation, kikô practices perceived as arts of balance or done with arts. We focus on the reduction of stress, depression and anxiety. In order to find solutions to implement more well-being thanks to feedback and to increase our understanding of the mechanisms of these holistic practices, we rely on both global and local academia, and community collaborations. Learning from individual and collective experiences, we aim at improving resilience in a very inclusive manner (on-site practices) and at supporting preventive efforts. Organizing and attending academic conferences, and also publishing and creating both remote and live networks allow us to diffuse cross-culture and interdisciplinary knowledge to a wider audience.
